I've been using the service for social media over at OnyxMedia and it's been going great for us. We're using someone else that was doing a similar job and these guys were way less, which is helpful. And then also they have been very responsive every month or every time.

When it's time to, doing more posts, they set it up so that I can review them and it's easy through google doc to make the adjustments. And it's easy to email my rep, which is Anne and get everything out in the post line so that social media is always live and doing good.
